Banning Steps
First time you break a rule = warning
Second time = warning + 2-3 day ban
Third time = warning + 1 week ban
Fourth time = kicked off the site.
Of course it all depends on the rule that you break. If you, say, broke the rule about posting links that lead to explicit content then it will earn you an auto ban.
